Our activity is Heavy Fabrication jobs involving Flame cutting, Plate forming, Plate bending, ARC/TIG/MIG Welding, Fabrication, Stress Relieving, Sand Blasting, Painting etc., to International code of Mechanical Manufacturing ASME Sec VIII Div I and equivalent standards.

Our Milestone achievements are:

• Vaccum Chamber to M/s.Vikram Sarabai Space Centre, Trivandrum, Pressure vessel of size 3200 dia x 9 mtr length x 16mm thkdia and Dished end dia 3200 dia x 20 thk, 

• 200 Ton Weigh Platform of 5750mm dia, 18000 kgs weight fully machined,

• 1000 dia x 5000 long Mandrils 

• Propellant Casting Support Structure for PS1 Middle Segments etc

Work Force: 

• Skilled permanent experienced population of 60 workmen for plate forming, bending, Radiographic quality welding, assembly, fitting, gas cutting, Heavy fabrication. Besides, We have contractors around 20 for various contract jobs inside our factory premises. 

• Technical Team of 10 qualified Engineers for Supervision, Quality Assurance etc.

• Sales and Marketing Team has 2 Qualified Engineers.

• Finance Department has 3 Members to take care of all Accounting/Audit services
