Welltech has in-house most modern facility for manufacturing Headers, Distributor assembly, and tube bends with various tube diameters both in copper and aluminium tube. In addition to meeting its own requirements, Welltech offers system tubes and tubular components to customers. The parts are manufactured using CNC tube benders, T drill tooling, and chip-less cutting machines. They are leak tested and cleaned which enables Welltech to supply high-quality copper tubes and parts.

Condenser coils are suitable for use in a wide variety of HVAC air conditioning (condensing) and heat recovery applications. Condenser coils are designed for the high pressure and temperature associated with the refrigeration system. To ensure product durability under thermal expansion and vibration, the coils are designed with stronger brazed joints. The coil must be able to handle a significant amount of internal pressure. Testing pressures can be as high as 450psia. Smaller tube diameters can handle this kind of pressure more reliably. Also, smaller tube diameters can help ensure refrigerant velocity is high enough to keep oil moving through the coil
