The Round Shape FRP (Fibre glass Reinforced Plastic) Cooling Tower also called as Bottle Shape Cooling Tower. The casing and basins are designed to withstand severe vibration, high wind load and to resist corrosion. The Cooling Tower consists of Honey comb PVC fills and eliminators in a design that maximizes economy and efficiency and directly driven fan and Motor ‘Minimum drift Losses’. Uniform distribution of hot water by rotating arm sprinkler. Hot dipped Galvanized hardware to withstand wind forces. The bottle shape makes possible to provide maximum cooling efficiency in minimum plan area with lower energy consumption.

Corrosion Proof Construction: Fiberglass hot and cold-water basins won’t corrode, rot or decay. All steel components, including assembly hardware, are hot dip galvanized steel.

Proven Mechanical Equipment: Welltech ‘s choose the cooling tower motor from the brands of Hindustan, bharat bijlee & equivalent brands which makes the mounting as IE2 flange mounted for the induced-draft axial aero dynamic fan. All normal mechanical equipment maintenance, including oil changes, can be accomplished from outside the cooling tower. The Welltech type fans used in the towers are equipped with cast aluminum alloy blades assembled with Hub. Blades are adjustable in pitch, permitting maximum utilization of rated horsepower.

Efficient PVC Film-Type Fill: Welltech fills with integrated drift eliminator and louvers are used in this tower.

Water Distribution System: Warm water flows through external piping into a chamber at the top of the tower. This splash box prevents the incoming water from spilling out of the basin and helps provide uniform water distribution.

Easy Maintenance: Distribution basin and nozzles can be cleaned even while the tower is in operation. There is an access door in the casing, through which inspection and maintenance can be done.
