Key Pin

P S K Engineering Works is Manufacturing Key Pin in Coimbatore. These are small brass pins of varying sizes which correspond to the depth of cuts on a key. When the correct key is inserted into a pin tumbler lock, the pins will all raise to the shear line and allow the lock to turn. If the incorrect key is inserted, pins will either be too high, too low, or a combination of the two. In this case, the pins will not align with the shear line and the lock will not turn. A key “pin” is either the wafer number inside the cylinder that essentially means cut depth of key or more likely you are referring to the pin code for security.
