  •  Horizontal balancing machines are used for balancing component mounted horizontally.
  • This model machine has one cast iron bed, driving unit with motor ,housing with driven spindle,    Two balancing stands (Two rigid pedestals),two pick-ups piezoelectric transducers, phase generator assembly Ceramic magnet with coil is used,Universal coupling, Roller bearing and the Electronic digital control panel .
  • Balancing machine bed extension or separate bed can be provided for accommodating larger diameter rotors.
  • Various Models- Suitable for rotors from 0.5 kg upto 3,000 kg and above.

  •  Unbalance meters are digital display and calibrated in terms of grams.
  • Angle meters are digital display ( degree 0 º to 360 º )
  • This controls panel are designed for very easy to operate.
  •  The rotor data are feeding by counting dials.
  • To calculate grams we provide range selector switch.
  • We provide Correction unit " +/-" Switch used to add or remove the material from the job for correction .
