  • This model is hard bearing belt type horizontal two plane balancing machines with Digital readout systems.
  • Horizontal balancing machines are used for balancing component mounted horizontally.
  • This model machine has one cast iron bed, belt driving unit with motor, two balancing stands(rigid pedestals),two pick-ups piezoelectric transducers, photoelectric proximity sensors and the Electronic digital control panel.
  • Rotor can be driven by flat belt directly , proximity sensors or photocell for detection of rpm.
  • These machines the eliminate the errors due to driving couplings, adaptors and connectors.
  • Variable speed drive will be provided to maintain sp ecific balancing speed.
  • Balancing machine bed extension or separate bed can be provided for accommodating larger diameter rotors.
  • Various Models- Suitable for rotors from 0.5 kg upto 300 kg and above.

  •  The rotor data are feeding by counting dials.
  • To calculate grams we provide range selector switch.
  • We provide Correction unit " +/-" Switch used to add or remove the material from the job for correction .
  • This control panel can be suitable for any balancing machine manufacturer of mechanical structure.
